NedSpace is a coworking space and creative community in downtown Portland, Oregon. We bring together entrepreneurs, founders, developers, artists, and innovators through workspace, programs, events, and industry-aligned "Villages".

Founded in 2009, NedSpace is Portland's longest-running coworking community. Located at 621 SW Morrison St in the heart of downtown.

## Programs

NedSpace runs three flagship programs for founders and business owners:

### SalesCamp
A weekly in-person sales cohort for B2B founders and service providers. Two-part structure: The Playbook (free, open to anyone — 30–90 min sales theory talk) and The Bull Pen (paid execution day, 9am–5pm, founders make calls and send outreach together). 7-week curriculum covering offer creation, ICP, warm outreach, cold calls, email campaigns, closing, and follow-up. Pricing: Playbook free, Bull Pen $97, NedSpace members $47, All-Access members free.

### Office Hours: AI Edition (Build with AI)
Drop-in sessions where founders and builders work alongside NedSpace's resident AI developers. Two formats: open sessions (2x/month, free, anyone) and member office hours (2x/month, members only). Covers AI agents, automation, web/product builds, data and integrations. No coding experience required.

### Video Content Day
Monthly in-person content production day. Founders show up for a 1-hour shoot with a producer; leave with 3–4 edited, ready-to-post videos. Includes pre-shoot interview and content planning for first-timers. $500/session drop-in, $375/session for All-Access members.
