  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of NedSpace and our community

3. Cookies & Advertising Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies on ned.space to understand how visitors use our website, measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, and show relevant NedSpace ads across the platforms we advertise on. These technologies may include tools provided by:

  • Meta (Facebook Pixel / Conversions API, for Facebook and Instagram advertising)
  • Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, and related conversion tracking)
  • TikTok (TikTok Pixel, for TikTok advertising)
  • LinkedIn (LinkedIn Insight Tag, for LinkedIn advertising)
  • Microsoft (Microsoft/Bing Ads tracking)
  • Pinterest (Pinterest Tag, for Pinterest advertising)
  • Snapchat (Snap Pixel, for Snapchat advertising)

  • Show you relevant NedSpace ads based on your visit to our site (retargeting)
  • Build custom or lookalike audiences for advertising purposes
  • Provide us with aggregated analytics about site and campaign performance

Each platform processes this data according to its own privacy policy. You can learn more about, and manage your preferences for, each platform here:

We may add or remove advertising and analytics platforms over time as our marketing strategy evolves; this policy is intended to cover our use of such platforms generally, whether or not each is individually listed above.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and manage ad personalization directly through each platform's account settings. Disabling cookies may limit some functionality of our website.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with categories of service providers who help us operate our business, including providers that support:

  • Payment processing and billing management
  • Customer relationship management and member communications
  • Event registration and management
  • Workflow automation connecting our internal business tools
  • Internal operations, records, and data management
  • Advertising and analytics platforms (see Section 3 for the platforms we currently use)

We may adopt additional tools and service providers in these or similar categories over time as our operations evolve. Any such providers are held to appropriate confidentiality and data protection standards.

We may also share information with:

  • Professional advisors such as accountants or legal counsel, when necessary
  • Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NedSpace, our members, or the public
  • Business transfers, if NedSpace is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business purposes such as membership history and billing records.

6. Your Choices & Rights

  • Marketing opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails, or by contacting us directly.
  • Ad preferences: You can manage how each advertising platform uses your data through your account settings on that platform (see Section 3 for links).
  • Do Not Sell or Share: We do not sell your personal information. Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may exercise that right by contacting us or adjusting your ad preferences on the relevant platform.
  • Access & correction: You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or other state or national privacy laws). To exercise any rights, contact us using the information in Section 9.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the personal information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, our website does not currently respond to them. You can still manage tracking through the cookie and ad-preference controls described in Section 3.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, event listing pages or social media profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with information.

10. Children's Privacy

NedSpace's services are intended for adults and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
